Summary:

Copper retirementsare necessary to respond to various factors in the Outside Plant, including road construction, maintenance problems, and growth accommodation. Specific information will be provided with each disclosure.

Pursuant to the notification requirements in 51.325 -- 51.335 of the Commissions rules, Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC, hereby submits this Public Notice of Copper Retirement Under Rule 51.333 (ATT20210510C.1). Specifically, this notice is subject to the notice period pursuant to 47 CFR 51.333(b)(2).

CenturyLink will assess any future service requests in the affected Distribution Areas to determine network deployment plans at that time.

Furthermore, no existing customers are affected by this copper retirement.
