Summary:

Copper retirements are necessary to respond to various factors in the Outside Plant, including road construction, maintenance problems, and growth accommodation. Specific information will be provided with each disclosure.

Because of road construction, CenturyLink will be retiring all copper facilities in certain areas as detailed below. No copper facilities will be available after the First Implementation Date.

Furthermore, no customers are affected by this copper retirement.

Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 51.333(b)(2), this notice of copper retirement will be deemed final on the 15th day after the release of the Commission's public notice of the filing. No copper loops will be available by the planned retirement date.
MN	Rochester ROCHMNRO	05-02-2021	Ad3-1 Ad3-2 Ad3-3 Ad3-5 Ad3-6 Ac3-2 Ac4-7	Olmsted County	Because of road construction, CenturyLink will be retiring all copper facilities to all addresses served by the serving terminals identified here. These copper facilities are not being used to provision services to any customers.
