Summary:

Copper retirements are necessary to respond to various factors in the Outside Plant, including road construction, maintenance problems, and growth accommodation. Specific information will be provided with each disclosure.

Because of road construction, CenturyLink will be retiring all copper facilities in certain areas as detailed below. No copper facilities will be available after the First Implementation Date.

Furthermore, no customers are affected by this copper retirement.
