COUNTY 9 RD E. The new Sai will be 100% pair gain fed from an existing remote terminal. This job will
remove the existing C.O. copper F-1 pairs as part of the project to eliminate the copper F-1 pairs to
this area which is being impacted by the 4th Street bridge replacement. No C.O. copper F-1 pairs will
remain at X 8701 County 9 Rd E at the completion of this job. The before loss to X AA17-B is 78.10 dB
at 28Khz which includes 6,148 feet of ANTW and 26,352 feet of ANMW and 13,949 feet of ANAW cable (46.45
Kft). The after loss to X 8701 County 9 Rd E is 14.13 dB @ 28 Khz which includes 180' of ANMW and 11,520
feet of ANAW cable (11.70 Kft). All existing Clec circuits will work at the new Sai at the completion
of the job. |

will remain a 100% pair gain sai. This job is part of the project to eliminate the copper F-1 pairs
to this area which is being impacted by the 4th Street bridge replacement. At the completion of this

St SE is 11.86 dB at 28Khz which includes 6,196 feet of ANMW and 575 feet of ANTW cables (6.77 Kft).

St. George City is replacing the bridge over the Santa Clara River. Qwest had temporary aerial cables
spanning over the existing bridge. The city is requiring Qwest to relocate it's facilities underground
under the river. This job is the second phase of two jobs. This will be the permanent
construction to bore under the santa clara river with 4-4" conduits. Three manholes will need
to
be placed to be able to pull the required 2 1800 pr cables and 1 96 count fiber across the river.
