Old calculations= @ 28khz 3.460 db loss for 22 gauge cable @ 2.953 kf, new calculation= @ 28khz 5.240 db loss for 24 gauge cable @ 3.413 kf. New measurements reflect change from 22-24 gauge to all 24 gauge. Cables being replaced were circa 1970-1980 prior to R/T installation in DA 310405. |
