Summary:	Copper Retirements are necessary to respond to various factors in the Outside Plant, including road construction, maintenance problems, and growth accommodation. Replacement cables may be either copper or fiber. Specific information will be provided with each disclosure.

AT THE COMPLETION OF THIS JOB NO COPPER C.O. F-1 PAIRS WILL REMIAN AT THESE 2 TERMINALS. ALL EXISTING SERVICES WILL WORK AT THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB. THIS JOB IS DUE TO A ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT ON 4TH AVE SE. The before loss to terminal I-University Center is 37.86 dB at 28Khz which includes 5,813 feet of ANTW and 13,774 feet of ANMW (19.59 Kft). The after loss is .05 dB at 28Khz which includes 30 feet of ANMW cable (.03 Kft). The before loss to terminal I-851 30th Ave SE is 37.69 dB at 28Khz which includes 7,078 feet of ANTW, 345 feet of ANAW and 11,672 feet of ANMW (19.10 Kft). The after loss is 1.16 dB at 28Khz which includes 714 feet of ANMW cable (.71 Kft). MN Rochester ROCHMNRO 08-10-2009 213004 82M1XMD 2300 Collegeview Rd SE THIS JOB WILL CUT ALL WORKING SERVICE TO THE EXISTING FIBER FED RT AT THIS LOCATION. THE WORK IS REQUIRED FOR THE 4TH ST SE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT. ALL EXISTING SERVICES WILL CONTINUE TO WORK AT THE COMPLETION OF THIS JOB. No C.O. copper F-1 pairs will remain at X 2300 Collegeview Rd SE at the completion of this job. The before loss to X 2300 Collegeview Rd SE is 25.33 dB at 28Khz which includes 5,547 feet of ANTW and 7,001 feet of ANMW (12.55 Kft). The after loss is .02 dB at 28Khz which includes 100 feet of ANMW cable (.1 Kft).
