Summary:	Copper Retirements are necessary to respond to various factors in the Outside Plant, including road construction, maintenance problems, and growth accommodation.  Replacement cables may be either copper or fiber.  Specific information will be provided with each disclosure.

NM Santa Fe North SNFENMNO 08-07-2009 210331 8251LJ3 15.1 County Rd 119 Qwest is removing all copper pairs at SAI X 15.1 County Rd 119. The existing services will be cut to a new Fiber fed RT/SAI and DSL counts at 2 County Rd 84G. Services requiring copper will no longer be supported. There are not any existing CLEC service types that can not be supported at the new RT. The longest F2 loop will be 14.2KF. Associated distribution job is 8251MNU.
