Summary:

Copper Retirements are necessary to respond to various factors in the Outside Plant, including road construction, maintenance problems, and growth accommodation.  Replacement cables may be either copper or fiber.  Specific information will be provided with each disclosure.

New measurements reflect a slight addition of 24 gauge along the relocated route.

No C.O. copper F-1 pairs will be available at X R 1657 2nd St SE at the completion of this job. The before loss to X 1926 2 St SE is 27.94 dB at 28Khz which includes 9,383 feet of ANTW, 2,318 feet of ANMW and 1,035 feet of ANAW cable (12.74 Kft). Work is done under order of MN-DOT SP1907-68, construction of Frontage Road on Hwy 52 ROW. This work does not consist of withdrawal of CLEC services.

The existing services will be cut to a new Fiber fed RT/SAI and DSL counts at 2 County Rd 84G. Services requiring copper will no longer be supported. There are not any existing CLEC service types that can not be supported at the new RT. The longest F2 loop will be 14.2KF. Associated distribution job is 8251MNU.
