Summary:	Copper Retirements are necessary to respond to various factors in the Outside Plant, including road construction, maintenance problems, and growth accommodation. Replacement cables may be either copper or fiber. Specific information will be provided with each disclosure.

Total loop Db loss is 15.2 @ 28KHz-The new F1 loop to the new RT is .03 on 24Ga. The total loop Db loss is .06 @ 28KHz. All existing circuits will continue to be supported. Cable to be retired is an BHBH-25 for 150' with a .090dB loss at 28KHz and BHBH-25 for 625' with a .360db loss at 28KHz. This cable is being replaced with an ANBW-25 for 785' with a .460dB loss at 28KHz. A +.010db change. THE NEW SAI WILL BE C.O. COPPER FED AS IS THE EXISTING SAI. The before loss is 21.90 dB at 28Khz which includes 1,292 feet of ANTW, 9,923 feet of ANMW and 1,386 feet of ANAW (12.60 Kft). The after loss is: 12.83 dB at 28Khz which includes 1,292 feet of ANTW, 10,628 feet of ANMW and 915 feet of ANAW cables (12.83 Kft). THE NEW SAI AT 5130 VIOLA RD NE WILL BE FED FROM THIS RT AS WELL AS THE SAI AT 1820 NE 55 AVE. BOTH OF THESE SAI'S WILL HAVE NO COPPER AT THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB.
