Summary:	This document announces Qwest’s intentions to provide RF video transport, via special assembly, in the Bellevue, WA area. Equipment and facilities for these services are provided on a customer demand basis and are not pre-provisioned. Qwest’s RF video transport is designed for one-way, point-to-point applications, utilizing a coaxial interface with frequencies up to 870MHz (multiple video and audio channels). The electrical handoff will be converted to optical by Qwest equipment and transported over standard fiber optic facilities through one or more Qwest Central Offices. At the receive location, the optical signal will be converted back to an electrical signal (coaxial handoff) by Qwest equipment. This service is generally used for the transport of video (multiple video/audio channels) from one cable head end to another.
