Summary:	Copper Retirements are necessary to respond to various factors in the Outside Plant, including road construction, maintenance problems, and growth accommodation. Replacement cables may be either copper or fiber. Specific information will be provided with each disclosure.

The new cable cannot be buried along the same route as the original cable because of very high density of utilities in a very narrow corridor between trailers in a trailer park, and also because of 35 years of significant tree growth and manmade construction that would all have to come down. This cable is in a privately-owned trailer park, and the owner has decided he would rather have the new cable routed out to the nearest street, which adds a total of 31 feet to this cable. The effect on the loop make-up is very minimal.
