Summary:

L2TP Tunneling is a standard protocol defined in RFC#2661 and enables tunneling of point to point protocol.
Location and Timing of Deployment:

L2TP Service Points are geographic locations, designated by Qwest.  The list of L2TP Service Points can be found in Attachment 1 and will reflect “Deployed” when the service is available.

Pricing:

L2TP is a standard protocol, which is associated with existing physical interfaces such as Packet Over SONET and Gigabit Ethernet.  Qwest will variably deploy this new protocol and price its functionality according to market price with applicable physical interfaces.

Interface Requirements:

The physical interface must support L2TP per RFC#2661.  Electronic equipment must be enabled with L2TP capability per RFC#2661.
