| Summary: |
Qwest offers Multi-LATA Signaling Access to provide wholesale signaling customers with multi-LATA signaling from a single LSTP pair within the state. Multi-LATA Signaling Access will be offered from specified Qwest STP pairs within specified states to allow for InterLATA / IntraLATA signaling.
Qwest will initiate Joint Planning for Multi-LATA Signaling Access with qualified Wholesale signaling customers beginning February 2004.
Link Transport Architecture:
Qwest wholesale signaling customers will be required to connect to the specified Multi-LATA Signaling Access STP pairs in order to receive this product. Qwest wholesale signaling customers may maintain their existing interconnection architecture to multiple STP pairs within a state, but they will not qualify for the tariffed Multi-LATA Signaling Access product.

|
| Pricing: |
Multi-LATA Signaling Access will be available under tariffed rates no earlier than 90 days after network disclosure when state approval has been obtained.
|
