Summary:	Qwest is proposing a new architecture using the sealed DSLAM from Adtran. Locations and Timing of Deployment:	All locations where Qwest will implement this architecture will be disclosed at the make buy point on the Remote DSLAM Disclosure found on the Network Disclosure #459 web site as referenced above.
