Notes:

i. CenturyLink will deploy if a viable customer request is received and a contract is signed & switch availability.
ii. Metro Ethernet Service can only be provided between Grand Island, McCook, North Platte, Ogallala and Oxford, NE. This office cannot be connected to the rest of the Metro Ethernet Network.
iii. These offices are being deployed as islands initially and therefore have no connectivity to each other or the rest of the CenturyLink Metro Ethernet network..  BSMRNDBC will have connectivity 4Q2011
iv. These offices will only support up to a 30 Mbps Bandwidth Profile/NAL
v. These offices currently only support up to 30 Mbps Bandwidth Profile/NAL, but will be enabled to support up to 1 Gbps in January 2012.
vi. CenturyLink will deploy if a viable customer request is received and a contract is signed for bandwidth requirements over 30MB.
vii. These offices currently only support up to 30 Mbps Bandwidth Profile/NAL, but will be enabled to support up to 1 Gbps in March 2012.
