Notes:

i	Qwest will deploy if a viable customer request is received and a contract is signed.
ii	MOE Service can only be provided between Grand Island, McCook, North Platte, Ogallala and Oxford, NE. This office cannot be connected to the rest of the MOE Network.
~~iii~~	~~MOE Service can only be provided between Santa Fe Main and Santa Fe Southwest. This office cannot be connected into the rest of the MOE Network.~~
iv	Qwest will deploy if a viable customer request is received and a contract is signed. If deployed, these offices cannot be connected into the rest of the MOE Network.
v	Las Cruces Telshor & Las Cruces Main are islands and cannot be connected to the rest of the MOE Network.
vi	Cheyenne & Casper are islands and cannot be connected to the rest of the MOE Network.
