Summary:
This update primarily changes the name of the service from MegaBit IDSL to Qwest IDSL.

This Qwest disclosure is for a service called Qwest IDSL. This service will
provide a nominal 144 Kbit/s always on connection to a Qwest DSL Host. The
physical layer connection from the customer to the network is based on the ANSI
standard T1.601.1992 Ð Telecommunications ISDN Basic Access Interface for use on
Metallic Loops for application on the Network Side of the NT, Layer 1
Specification. Information on how Qwest has implemented this interface in a
private line mode can be found in Qwest Technical Publication 77399. Above the
physical layer the customer will be required to have Point to Point Protocol
(PPP) in High-level Data Link Control (HDLC) Framing as described in Request For
Comment (RFC) 1549.

Timing of Deployment:
Locations where Qwest IDSL is planned or currently available can be found in
Attachment 1. If the interface changes in the future, Qwest will issue a new
Network Disclosure. In addition, any new deployment locations will be added to
the Qwest web site at http://www.qwest.com/disclosures/ in disclosure #448
Pricing:
Order and pricing of this service will be offered under tariff in the locations identified in Attachment 1.
