This document provides an update to the locations where Qwest
Communications plans to 56 kbit/s The following summary and interface
specifications were announced in Network Disclosure #326 and are reiterated
below as this document completely replaces #326. An asterisk in the left margin
denotes a change or addition from the previous release.

Summary:

Qwest provides switched 56 kbit/s service (SwitchNet 56®): a
high speed, end-to-end 56 kbit/s switched digital connection.

Location and Timing of Deployment:
|
This disclosure provides an update to Qwest's planned deployment
of SwitchNet 56®. See Attachment for an updated listing of location and
deployment schedule. An asterisk in the margin denotes a change or addition to
the previous release. The interface specifications have not changed. This list
is subject to change.
