Tom Delery is a former Navy Surface Warfare Captain, who joined Qwest Government Services as the Department of Defense (DoD) Sales Manager in 2008. Tom leads a team of IT professionals that are responsible for all equipment sales, professional services and network, telephone, and IT services provided to the U.S. Army, Navy, Marines and various DoD agencies.

Prior to joining Qwest, Tom spent over 25 years as a Surface Navy Officer with a specialty in weapons systems. He transitioned into an information technology career in 2002 as a government account manager with Sprint working with the Department of State, U.S. intelligence agencies and personnel in the Special Operations branch of the Armed Forces. He played a key role in providing worldwide communications to the Department of State and in the expansion of CONUS and OCONUS distance learning training for the Army.

Tom holds a Masters degree in National Security Affairs and Strategic Decisionmaking from the Naval War College in Newport, R.I., and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, in Charleston, S.C. Tom is a member of the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Association of United States Army, the National Defense Industry Association and The Citadel Alumni Association.
